Bushfires
In 2019 Australia suffered it's worst bushfires in history on the east coast. The Shoalhaven was hit hard, losing most of the 4,567 km² of it's natural bush and wildlife. Jervis Bay was thankfully spared as we watched the land, towns, and animals perish before us. For about 8 months is all we did is breathe in smoke. The horror of it I will never forget. these are just a few of the photo's taken of some of the various fires that break out and the aftermath. There is always a fire burning somewhere in the bush. The only upside of it is the sunsets are spectacular with all that smoke in the sky.
